I am tired of my messy desk, so I decided to shame myself by posting a pic of how it normally looks. I hope that it will help keep me motivated, lol.
My first project that was tackled while the older two kids were gone all day.

your before looks very similar to my usual- especially the pile of shoes that have been kicked off.
I forgot to move the chair. There are two pairs of shoes and the little box I use for garbage, thats it :)
And they are my running shoes, trying to keep them visible so I can guilt myself into running again, lol.
When I try to clean my desk I end up reading blogs. Go figure.

Looks great. Fozzie got so sick of his own messy desk that he sold his "rig" (desktop, souped-up for gaming) and used the money to buy a laptop. My living room looks sweet now.
