yes, sorry. It means that someone put those quotes in a search engine and found my blog using them.
My weirdest one is probably:
"bathroom urination problems boot camp marine corps"
I don't remember ever writing about urination problems in boot camp, but I rank #2 (for my old Blogger hosted blog, #4 for my Wordpress blog) for that search on Google.
