I miss wanting to run. I love running, really I do. The last year, or so, I really have no desire to workout at all. I want the running bug to bite me again, I almost signed up for two races just to force myself to get out the door but I don't want it to be just another chore. Anyone have any tried and true tricks to get you going again? At this point a 5K would be so great for me but I just don't wanna.
I'm hoping the warmer weather will help, we will see.

Maybe the benefits or should I say the long term benefits of running such as promoting Weight Loss. Maybe that will keep you going....I should
