I'm totally stealing this idea from Becca :)
Things I need to do over Thanksgiving break.
Laundry
Summaries from Neisser (tells you how behind I am when I can't think of the books title, just the author, lol)
Start running again so I can talk myself and Stu into a June marathon , he wont run it but he will support me if I'm going to do it ;)
Linguistics final
Deaf Culture research paper x2
LANG 3000 annotated bibliography
Interpret Unit 6 and post 5.3, 6.3 so behind!
Get over this head cold or whatever illness it is.
Keep the kids from killing each other over the break.
Visit my side of the fam on Thanksgiving.
Black Friday, woot!
Go try a Chai Tea Latte at Becca's coffee shop, just out of support for her, yeah that's it.
Knit this adorable scarf that really wants me to knit it.
Groceries.
that should be enough, we'll just pretend nothing else needs to be done, yeah.
"Anyone can do his work, however hard, for one day. Anyone can live sweetly, patiently, lovingly, purely, till the sun goes down. And this is all that life really means." - Robert Louis Stevenson

Short
I'm trying to post more regularly but I'm tired, and stressed, and nervous, so forming cohesive thoughts aren't always easy ;).
So I'm going to post 5 things I'm grateful for.
I'm grateful my Grandma is doing ok after falling and breaking her neck on Sunday.
I'm grateful for cell phones so my family can keep me updated.
I'm grateful for a husband that mops the kitchen floor and does the dishes.
I'm grateful for friends that support me through the tough semester.
I'm grateful for chocolate and stretchy pants.

Well hello there
You are now reading a post from a passer of the NIC written test! I am half certified to interpret for money, hehe. I studied for weeks, paid way too much money, and probably added many gray hairs, but I passed!!
Also, I am not* officially a mom to a teenager, I took 2 midterms, Halloween, interpreted for the first time in a real life situation. Just a relaxing October for me, haha. Oh and the little run I did at the beginning of the month ;)
*now (oops)
Also, for Halloween, M lost his costume so we had to come up with one with five minutes before school started. Now that was fun :P
